Comfort amongst the city chaos

Venus Hotel is highly recommended from us three Canadian travellers. The rooms are very clean with amazing air conditioning and satellite TV (comforting after the crazy heat of Hanoi). Also, the hotel is very quiet blocking out noises from the street. With an amazing location in the Old Quarter, friendly staff, we thought this hotel was excellent value! (and we really did look around!) Give it a try!

Nice for price
The manager speaks english very well and all people in the hotel are very friendly and helpful.
We booked a tour: that was also well organized. One bad point: The blanketts wasn't fresh.

Very helful staff

Very friendly staff always willing to help and listen to you. Good value tours to places such as Sapa and Ha Long Bay and the staff will explain everything regarding the tours before you go. Free internet and a very central location.

Perfect budget stay
We stayed in the hostel for 7 days. The hostel is in the middle of the Hanoi Old Quarter. The Old Quarter can be confusing. Just get a good map on arrival and this will be a great help to finding this place. The rooms are clean and the service is prompt. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I booked a ticket to Laos and the hotel had the bus come to the front door. For a unique experience come to the Old Quarter of Hanoi and stay for awhile...

Lovely place

I love the place as it is near the shopping area and also the attraction of Hanoi. Its in the Old Quaters. Everything is within walking distance. It was the best deal ever.
